Just recently I bought a new hard drive for my laptop
which has Windows 98. I want to upgrade my laptop to
either XP or XP professional, but I have heard that when
you install a new hard drive, you need to install a brand
new operating system as well. Do I need to buy the whole
system or can I just use an upgrade. Thank you very much.
