Ctrl-Alt-Delete non-functional

Hi,

Download a tiny patch from the following website to enable
task manager:

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/taskmanager.reg

Installation Instructions:

Double-click "taskmanager.reg" file and the patch will
automatically get installed.
