Sounds like you're going to have to "uninstall" XP; then,
install 2000 from original CD. This may require that you
reformat hard drive for reinstallation
(basically, "wiping out" XP installation). Hopefully,
you have old boot disks for 2000 so that you can either
boot from floppy to CD-ROM or install from CD-ROM direct.
Sorry, don't know of any way to "dump" XP without
reformatting...though I welcome correction on that view.
