Hello to you all.
every sound, voice, and sound efect is working just fine
eccept for the windows start and windows exit sounds!
it is odd since i changed nothing since first installation
of windows XP Pro with SP1.

the sound scheme is Windows Default.

excuse the misspelling please.

I found that by disabling 'Beep on Errors' from TweakUI
general tab, the Startup and Shutdown sounds would no
longer play. Sort of like turning off a light switch and
having the toilet flush!
