Gigabyte is hailing you message!!

There is a message coming up with a dog and a cat on the
screen that says "Gigabyte is hailing you!! GIGABYTE
TECHNOLOGY. The computer won't boot up at all and even
after formatting it still won't work. Any help please.

Is your motherboard made by Gigabyte? Maybe you need to contact their
website.

You might try the other Gigabyte users on the Usenet newsgroup
alt.comp.periphs.mainboard.gigabyte

It appears this has nothing to do with Windows XP - or Microsoft.
