If I scanned a worksheet thing for class, and I wanted to
type on that, what would be the possible ways? Is the
only way to either 1. put it in Word and add text boxes
or 2. open it in a photo-editing program (Photoshop) and
add text from there? If there are other ways, PLEASE
HELP.

Thanks,
Ryan

The really quick way is to open it up in good old Paint and just add the
test from there.

Those are reasonable options to complete the task. There are
applications that specialize in scanning forms but they can be costly
and, like OCR software, they don't always give desired results.
Omniforms is one such program.

Why not just use paint?
It's on the machine anyway, and can do text reasonably well.

Since the op mentioned Photoshop, it is very possible they already have that
program too. If I had Paint and Photoshop to choose from, Photoshop would be
easier to use for positioning and sizing the text input.

Without a doubt. Photoshop is by far the best choice.
