Had problem with a Elsa Gladiac 920 Graphics Card.
Internal breakdown caused continuos device failures
notices by Win XP Pro. Relpaced with an older ATI All-
Wonder Rage Pro and it solved the problem. Suspect the
the Elsa 920 had component break down do to overheat. HAD
ADEQUATE COOLING FOR my PC has 4 fans and the the nearest
PCI slot was vacant, therefore, the card was defective.
