my DVD player was working fine on Windows ME. when I
upgraded to XP tonight, it happened nothing when I
inserted DVD. also when I tried to open DVD drive, I got
following error message.
"disk is not formatted.
windows can't read from this disk. the disk might be
corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not
compartible with windows"
Anybody can help me?
Thank you.

Reinstall either (or both) of these applications.
