What is the brand of your speedwheel?
Is it from Genius?

Anyway, if it's a new model, then the support disk that should have come
with your speedwheel should contain the correct drivers for the WinXP Pro.
If you don't have the support disk (or it does not have XP drivers), then
try visiting the Genius support site to download the appropriate drivers:
