Does XP have Regleaner & Installation logger?

Hi, I remember there used to be a reglean that came with windows in
windows98 or something, is there the same for xp?

& is there a installation logger...a program that's a part of xp that logs
all installations...writing down in text all files and registry entries
copied or changed during an installation of a program?

regclean tool is now discontinued by Microsoft. However, there is no such
tool for WinXP from Microsoft. But, you might want check out some 3rd party
tools available for the same purpose. Try a Goole search on 'Registry
Cleaner'.
