Irql not less or equal, stop

I have a mitac 7321 notebook. i have been having system
crashes for the last 10 months. Blue screen with various
error codes usually while using WMP watching movies. the
following is an example
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
stop

0 x 00000000
0 x 000000F
0 x 00000000
0 x 804F00A9

can any one help.
