When my computer boots up the last thing to load is
the "Start" toolbar. At times it loads up the icons in
it quickly but most of the time there is a long (1-2
minute) delay before it is populated with the icons. Is
their anything I can do to track the boot process to
determine where and why it is hanging up like this?
