We could only get the video/voice call to work one way.
I could see them, but they couldn't see me. Now they can
see me and I can see them, but only for a few seconds and
then their connection goes out. We solved the problem of
them not being able to see me by unchecking the QoS box
in Network Connections. Now we can't figure out why we
can't keep the connection once it is established. Their
video and voice fades, but they can still see their own
picture-in-picture, and me, and the audio & video wizard
works fine for both of us. Anyone? THANKS!
