Im trying to install a video card but the standard vga
was not set before the old video card driver was
uninstalled and card removed. Now when the computer
starts up I cannot get any display with the new video
card and cannot see how to install the new cards drivers.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to get into safe mode. The computer should boot up to
starndard vga mode in xp but sometimes not. If you have a AGP Card it can
cause problems if not installed properly. If you can not boot into safe
mode you may have to put the old video card in to reset the mode. I had a
problem similiar to this and gave up on a couple of AGP cards and installed
a Radeon 7500 PCI card and the computer would at least boot to safe mode
which allowed me to install the drivers.
