I uninstalled my HP PSC 2210 drivers to install the updated version. Upon
installing the new version it asked for drivers for the SM Bus Controller,
but could not find them. What is the SM Bus Controller and where can I find
a driver for it. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I should have given more information. I have an ECS
K7S5A motherboard that uses an SIS chipset and has an AMD processor. It
don't think the Intel utility will help.

I've had this exact thing pop up several times on my box. (Same mobo &
CPU). I always just 'uninstall' it [in DevMgr], and everything seems to be
fine. Apparently the system doesn't really require it...so I say FINE.
