odd ?-- settings

ok, here is my odd ?, can i keep a web page (from
moving up and down) that auto. refreshes itselfs. I
watch baseball games at yahoo,cbsportline, to keep track
of scores, but each site is set to refresh every 30/60
secs.
i can shut that off the refresh button, but then i cant
see the scores change. (stays till i hit F11)

so is there a way to keep the web page still but able to
keep the scores updated?

running XP on 1 machine and WIN98 SE on other.
