I am running WinXP, and Office 2003. When I close a program, I am
prompted with " DO you wish to save the changes to EZPHOTO?"

I don't believe I do! How do I disable this message prompt, and what
the heck is EZPHOTO?

Thanks, Gary.

It is a Word Template. I disabled the template; problem solved.
