CAN ANYONE HELP?

WHEN TURNING ON MY PC, I GET AN 'IEExplorer' MESSAGE BOX.
STATING :-Component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of its
dependencies not correctly registered; a file is missing
or invalid.

I CAN CANCEL THIS MESSAGE & EVERYTHING SEEMS TO WORK FINE
AFTER THAT.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS?
