Error code help

I am installing a fax card and i am getting a error code
10. What can i do? I was looking and saw that there is a
patch that could help me, but i do not know where to get
this patch. I am hoping someone can help me.

Need more information? Which card? Where did you see the information for a
patch?

Download it from the manufactuer's web site, see docs with the Fax
Card.
