Really don't know what to do to diagnose the problem :

I've just reinsattaled WinXP Home on my computer two weeks ago ... since a
few days, it's very slow and my CPU usage is at 100 % ... i did stop some
processes but it's always at 100 %. Anybody knows where to look at to find
the problem ?

Hi JBPQ,
I have the same problem myself (I use XP Pro). To overcome it (albeit only temporarily) go to: right click My Computer, left click Properties, left click Advanced, left click Settings. Select "Adjust for best performance" or "Adjust for best appearance", click Apply and then OK (experiment with these settings). This seems to work for me every time - hope it works for you!
Are there members who know of a permanent solution to this problem?

Without knowing more information my FIRST suggestion would be check for
malware ASAP.
