NT online scanner error

Hi experts...

Recently, on my WinXP home computer, when I start up my computer, a
window pops-up that says

"Windows NT Online Service Scanner".... Error detected.....

It give a bunch of numbers and things. Then has the option of
SEND REPORT or DON'T SEND REPORT

Can someone please tell me what this is, and if there's something
wrong with my computer?
