Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with my Samsung DVD Drive (Samsung DVD-ROM SD-606)

I've recently put a clean install of Windows XP Professional on my computer
and I've got both a Samsung DVD Drive, and a Samsung CD-RW Drive.

The Samsung CD-RW Drive is working fine - i've used the built in CD Copier
in Windows XP to put files to CD's etc.

After puting in a DVD in the drive to watch tonight, it came up with the
auto-play options. So I clicked on the Windows Media Player option to watch
it in. The following message, however, appeared as WMP opened:

"Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because a compatible DVD decoder
is not installed on your computer"

Does anyone have any ideas on this? Or anywhere I could get a fix for this?

Thanks for your help,

Alistair
