I am backing up my work onto CD. Is there a way I can, at the end of a day,
tell the computer to "back-up all files up-dated since....." instead of
remembering to back-up each time I quit a programme, or having to back up
all my files regardless of whether they have been used that day.

Hi Joy,
Does your CD burning backup program provide for incremental backups? You =
would need to be uisng packet writing software and a CDRW to write =
changes to existing files on CD. Whether or not your software can do =
incrementals is a function provided by the program, not by windows. =
Check your software's help files.
