make a shortcut to grokster in the startup folder (start > all programs>
startup) of the start menu, right click on the new shortcut choose
properties and then in the run box choose minimized instead of normal
window.
If you have trouble finding where the folder startup is, RIGHT click on the
START button and choose EXPLORE ALL USERS... then go to the startup folder.
the path will be C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup
if you want this to start only for you then instead of all users you must go
to your account, lets say its called jkwilko
then the path would be C:\Documents and Settings\jkwilko\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup
Hope I Helped
