Hi Im having similar problems configuring my Labtec
Headset which im trying to use to make phone calls from my
computer. My symptoms are I can hear who im calling but
they cant hear me. Also ive tested the mike using windows
recorder and it works fine. Im stumped as well but ill let
you know if i make any progress
