Do I need to load any software or drivers to my HP XM 600
workstation (with dual PIII 667MHz processors installed)
during the Windows XP Professional or after the
installation?

If you mean special drivers for having dual processors then no. Setup will
detect there are 2 processors and install the appropriate HAL.
