Wireless Mouse, IntelliPoint, and TouchPad

I just recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 5100. I'm just wondering if I can
install my Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse Blue (USB) and Microsoft
IntelliPoint on the system. Will this affect the TouchPad's drivers and
software? Will I still be able to use both, without reinstalling drivers or
rebooting if needed? I've been searching around on the internet but I
haven't been lucky enough to find an answer. Hopefully some of you have both
this computer and mouse (or similar computer/mouse).
