Very frustrating file opening issue. Why would a
downloaded file not open? The file works for other users
(an IPAQ Patch) but it will not open on my
computer.Other .exe files open. Basically I download the
file (ftp, redownloaded 10+times,virus scan off), dbl
click on the file (from HP, works for others) this opens
the Instal shield wizard that say read the following
license agreement (nothing visable), then it has back
(greyed), next (greyed) and canceled (of course not
greyed!). Offending file:

I think it is something to do with my computer not
allowing me to open this (security) Win XP Pro, basic
peer to peer network. Have tried from local HD, network
share. Spent hours having other users send zipped copies
in case it the downloading process. Any ideas very
appreciated.
