I've been having trouble access and deleting certain
files. I have looked at previous posts and have
unsuccessfully tried the following - I verified that my
User Account is the "Computer Administrator," I
restarting in Safe Mode and logged in with my User
Account and still could not access or delete those files,
and when I restared in Safe Mode I noticed that there is
a User Account named "Administrator(s?)" and I was unable
to logon with that account. That account doesn't exist
in the Control Panel. I also tried to use a tweak from
Kelly's Korner that would unhide a user account, but that
too failed to work. If anyone can help me I would
greatly appreciate it.

Hi Dave,

You must take ownership of the files.

Read this:
