tab key not working in forms

I used to be able to navigate thru forms with my tab key.
Recently, that has stopped working (on all forms) & the
tab key takes me to the internet address line. I'm
running XP. Any suggestions for a non-techie?

Hi Chuck,

At a guess, I'd say you might have a stuck <shift> key. Try tapping on =
them to loosen them up.
