you have to delete the power scheme profile and then
create a new one.

yes XP does have Hibernate feature.
In the same dialog box where u set your power management
options, there will be a Hibernate Tab. Just go to the tab
and enable it. However i think hibernate does not work
with all motherboards.

Maybe I'm being dense, but I don't see a way to create a new power
scheme profile. And, I don't see the hibernate tab, so I guess that
means my motherboard does not support it. Or is it possibly not
activated?
