Installing Norton Internet security 2003

I have tried installing Norton Internet Secrity a number
of times. Each time it seems to install until the very
end and then a message appears "Rolling Back Action",which
it seems to take everything back out and then stops. Need
help!

How to use the Norton SystemWorks cleanup utility (SymClean)=20
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nsw.nsf/docid/2001101612274407

Download and run the above cleanup utility, reboot your computer,
logon with Administrator privileges, then proceed to install Norton =
2003.
