Are you certain you have copied the error message correctly?
Does the first word read Wininet rather than Winnet?
If so then your computer is likely infested with a virus and you need
to clean it off your machine.
Make certain your antivirus software is completely up to date, with
the virus definition files not less than 10 days old and do a complete
virus scan of your computer.
If you need a good antivirus program then try the free version of AVG
from www.grisoft.com
Or you can do a free online virus scan at

Good luck
