How can I correct my desktop to look normal. Everything
on my screen and even the mouse icon is upside down and I
cannot use my computer. I really need help! Thanks!

You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your Desktop and select:

Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".

At this point you may have to search around (upside down, I realize)
With my Intel machine, the setting is under Intel Extreme Graphics,
graphics properties button, rotation tab. After putting things back to
normal, if there is a box allowing rotation, I'd suggest that you
remove the check mark.
