ciceroUIWndFrame I used to receive this message when
windows 2000 on my old pc was shutting down. I researched
this message in the past and didn't find anything anywhere
about this name. This particular installation had what
might have been a corrupt OS or I had some sort of
worm/trojan installed where I was getting access is denied
from Explore UI. Any info about this message would be very
interesting to me.
