I have converted a FAT32 partition to NTFS after
upgrading windows 98 with XP. But when I look at the
properties page for any folder there is no Security tab
for NTFS file permissions. Any Idea why or how to fix
this?

If you have Home edition this is only available
in Safe mode. With Pro, use safe mode, or shut
off simple sharing at bottom of view tab in the
Folder Options.
