First check out Sony's page for a firmware update to help=20
out. I successfully used Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 on both=20
DRU-500A and DRU-510A drives without issue. Make sure to=20
download all updates from Roxio. Try putting the drive=20
on a separte IDE channel for testing, or at least make it=20
the master of the channel that it is attached to (and=20
don't have a Zip drive on that channel).
