explorer will not display links

when I click a hyperlink on explorer from outlook express
nothing happens. This was working fine until just
recently. I tried to go to "view" and "encode" to change
but it shows only one menu choice of "none". Any
suggestions?

Hi Peter,

Start/run regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Then go to the control panel/internet options/programs tab, click on =
"reset all web settings"
