Flicker Screen

I have Inno3d Geforce2 MX400 on a ECS Elitegroup M/B (sis
chipset). when i'm working on xp (pro) i get a "flicking
black screen" (for a second or two) occasionaly.
where is the problem.

e.g, the problem doesn't occur when i'm playing games,
like splinter cell.

Start with the basics...
Confirm you have the latest (working) drivers for your Geforce2:
http://www.ivmm.com/download_inno3d.html

May want to check for BIOS updates from ECS:
http://www.ecs.com.tw/
