in Help while you are online (HOW TO: Use the Internet Explorer 6 =
Content Advisor to Control Access to Web Sites in Internet Explorer)

If this doesn't help or work exactly as you want then you can block =
names for everyone

type in Start Run
notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Add your site and set it's IP address to 127.0.0.1 (which is always the =
machine it's typed on). Whenever you attempt to browse to this site it =
will attempt to connect to a web server on your computer and either not =
find one or pull up your web server's home page. Read the file before =
adding anything.

Also this is used to prevent ads downloading. If you go to
http://members.home.com/winhelp98/
you can get a custom hosts file that lists most ad servers.
