Hi,
Have the desktop icons vanished too ? If so then, press the Windows logo key + R and in the Run
dialog box, type explorer.exe and press enter.

You may have to try another version of drivers other than what came with the
card. Display drivers are the main cause of the Taskbar, etc not being
visible. In the meantime, see if setting the Taskbar back to default helps:

Sometimes, it is just hiding.. go to the base of the screen, right click
with the mouse and drag it back up..
