microsoft paint cant open normal size

when using microsoft paint when i click view - zoom -
normal size it is not highlighted and therefore does not
work help please

When MS Paint is showing the image already in Normal Size, the option will
not be available. Only when you have zoomed in the image, will that option
get enabled.
