XP theme not available

Oh my computer the Microsoft XP theme is not available
only the Windows Classic theme for my taskbar and sStart
Menu. Can you help me obtain the XP theme cause the
windows classic is ugly and 2 dimensional and the Xp theme
is 3d and I like it.

Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services, scroll down=20
to "Themes". Right-click on this service and select "Start". Make
sure this service is set to "Automatic".
