I recalling reading somewhere that XP does not support
ISA. You might want to verify that be searching the
Microsoft support area. Certainly ISA is on its way out;
my 1995 PC was mostly ISA, my 1998 PC was mostly PCI, my
2003 PC is 100% PCI (plus AGP).
