HP photosmart p1000

I have recently installed windows xp and eveything is
working fine with printing off my HP Photosmart P1000
except when i print page long documents such as my resume
it prints in tiny letter and finishes using about 1/2 of
the page. The print priview looks good and i have checked
all the printer properties and they all seem fine.
Can anyone point me to where the problem might be?

Have you downloaded the new driver for XP? It's a recent addition to their
website (June 10th)
