help! Error 1327, Invalid drive G

Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this so I can
successfully uninstall and install programs? This is my
error message I get when trying to update my Windows and
install Norton Antivirus.

Open Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) and fix or remove the faulty
drive.
