Can anyone tell me where I can get Disk Probe. I'm running Widows XP
Pro, and I need to access on of my Iomega Zip Drives because I have some
important documents that I don't use.

I'll appreciate any and all help. Lastly, please reply to me personally
and to this newsgroups.
Thank You.
David

Hello David,

You can download Diskprobe from the following link
http://www.dynawell.com/reskit/microsoft/win2000/diskprobe.zip

However, I strongly recommend that you read the following information before
attempting to do anything with this tool. It is very powerful and you can
mess up your system very badly without any way to 'undo'.

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/prodtechn
ol/winxppro/reskit/prkd_tro_kvfn.asp
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/en-us/default.asp?url=/
windows2000/techinfo/reskit/en-us/core/fncb_dis_dfrz.asp

Diskprobe makes changes and can backup information on your drive on a sector
by sector basis. It isn't really meant to help you retrieve files.
