XP reinstall - Unable to see all old drive partitions

I had XP pro reinstalled on a new drive recently to find
that my second drive which was partitioned d: e: f: -
came back as e: only with the two cd drives as d and f.
The e: drive has what what on the partion. How do I
locate d: and f: partitions off of the same drive?

Do the wayward partitions show up in XP's Disk Management? If so, what does
DM say about them?
