your motherboard doesnt support 8x agp. You should have
looked at that first to see what it supports.

I think the board only supports AGP 4X will that make any differences? cause
any problems?

The fact that it only works at 4x won't cause any problems. The only
difference is 8x provides more bandwidth but as far as I know no games,
graphics cards or any part of the graphics sub system actually need 8x yet.
A high end computer with high end graphics card like geforce 5900 ultra
might benchmark faster with 8x as appossed to 4x but I doubt if there would
be a real noticable performance gain from 8x unless you were running
exeptionaly high resolutions. Anyone with 8x I don't want to get into a
debate about theoretical speeds.
