Hi Guys

I have a problem with an "elderly client's" Outlook Express 6.

All of a sudden it has decided to NOT OPEN any emails. You can highlight
them but they will not open, nor can you REPLY, in fact you cannot do
anythnig at all. They are coming in from the ISP's server OK but will not
open.

The lady doesn't have the Windowx XP Home disk that came with the computer
either.

It sounds like I have a corrput file somewhere. Is it possible to put
another XP Home disk (full version) in to effect a Windows XP Repair?

Or if not, how can I put a new copy of Outlook Express over the top of
what's there.

Anyone with any ideas please?

David Roberts

Hi David,

To reinstall OE6, locate the msoe50.inf file under C:\Windows\inf and =
right-click it, choose install.
